Diana Moran, the Green Goddess, one of the iconic pioneers of fitness workouts in the UK, has been back on BBC Breakfast TV over the past couple of months demonstrating how the elderly can stay fit while isolating during the coronavirus pandemic.
Now in her 80’s she’s designed the Keep Fit and Carry On fitness programme – a compilation of her new TV work-outs – for people who find that exercise is difficult or are chair bound. Priced at just £9.99, the DVD is exclusively available from G2 Entertainment this month.

Three new quiz ebooks are being launched as Ebooks in May to test frustrated fans knowledge of their favourite team while the season is suspended because of the coronavirus pandemic. Priced at £2.66 each, the official quiz books have been produced by TwoCan Design for Bournemouth, Liverpool and Sunderland and contain 1000 questions on players, matches and events up until the 2019/2020 season. They are exclusively available through G2 Entertainment in both paperback and ebook versions.

At just before 7pm on May 26th 1940 Prime Minister Winston Churchill authorised ‘Operation Dynamo’ to commence. By the time the operation came to an end on the night of June 4th, a total of 338,226 Belgian, French and British soldiers had been rescued by a hastily assembled fleet of over 800 boats.
Getting the men back required the courage of the Royal Navy sailors who took the majority of the outer harbour wall while under constant serial bombardment. But, it was the role played by the fleet of small vessels, the ‘little ships’, crewed by civilians, plucking men off the beaches as they waited in water up to their necks that overnight became part of the national folklore.
